We are looking for our future Product Manager to help us define product evolution with different CybelAngel teams. In collaboration with the Engineering team, your role will be to build the product roadmap, manage the development cycle and validate the implementation of the improvements.

You will have to rely on the global strategy of CybelAngel as well as on our customers and partners' returns. The goal is our product brings the best solutions.

Attached to our Product Director, the Product Manager defines specifications for the product, builds prototypes to convey his vision and assists the teams in solution realization.

Your responsibilities

Discover market and customer opportunities:

• Partner with a Product Designer, a Product Marketing Manager & the engineering team for one of our teams, lead by a product goal or a roadmap, and collaborate with Customer-facing teams.
• Prioritize problems and opportunities to achieve your Product Goal, by analyzing usage data and conducting user research.
• Develops an understanding of the customer, data, business, and industry to prioritize the most impactful projects.
• Communicate these learnings to everyone sharing your Product Goal.

Define product functional specifications:

• Collaborate with Engineering team and Product Designer to design the best solution in terms of impact, effort and any other constraints that may exist
• Specify features and partner with engineering team to scope solutions

Track and measure product development:

• Test and iterate on solutions by partnering with a Product Designer
• Measure and validate impact of new features
• Track key success metrics of your own Product goal

Requirements

• +5 years in a Product Management role
• Able to conduct user research
• Great written & verbal communication skills
• Fluency in French & English (oral + written)
• Teamwork & collaboration
• Interest in mentoring juniors
• Data-driven
• Location in Paris and/or remote
