We are seeking a Regional Integrity Officer (RIO) this position reports into the Chief Integrity Officer and works closely with business management and other corporate function stakeholders within the AtkinsRéalis US & Latin America region.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Ensure a proper implementation of the AtkinsRéalis Integrity Program in all AtkinsRéalis Business Units across the region.
- Serve as primary contact in the region for the business units on integrity matters.
- Be a participant as required at key regional management meetings to ensure awareness creation and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Lead the regional integrity ambassador network.
Responsibilities:
- Attend regional and country business management meetings on an ad-hoc but regular basis to ensure visibility into business strategy and business development activities and report on Integrity KPIs.
- Support local management and driving the proper tone from the top and in day-to-day business.
- Work closely with other regional support functions to ensure all required integrity controls are implemented across all support functions and operationalized, aligned and fully harmonized across the business within region to support consistency and quality.
- Prepare regional Integrity operating plan to ensure effective implementation of the integrity program in a sustainable manner that includes but is not limited to:
- Regional communication plan and schedule
- Regional training plan and schedule
- Regular and consistent follow up on KPI’s that are reported on a quarterly basis as they relate to the region.
- Approve and review all Project bids, 3rd Party Due Diligence and high-risk business partner invoice related topics when required.
- Serve as an escalation point for any red flags as it relates to the review of any Gift and Hospitality.
- Tailor in-person anti-corruption training to take into consideration local risk and or regulatory requirements as it relates to Integrity for the region.
- Ensure early identification, documenting and mitigating any potential Integrity Risk through the company risk management process.
- Responsible to ensure an up-to-date list and that all Integrity related requirements are implemented and executed for all entities and JVs / partnerships within region of responsibility.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the identified compliance leads in JVs / partnerships of AtkinsRéalis in region to support their efforts to implement and execute Integrity requirements, and where applicable, the Integrity Handbook requirements.
- Support the roll-out of Regional Compliance Risk Assessments when they are conducted within region and ensure mitigating actions are properly checked, implemented, and reported on.
- Responsible to ensure early identification, documenting and mitigating any potential Integrity Risk through the compliance risk assessment process.
- Ensure the appointment of Integrity Ambassadors for Engineering Services and across all corporate functions within region and ensure regular communication with the Integrity Ambassador Network to ensure scalable coverage, communication, and awareness.
- Informed of all allegations for Engineering Services and across all corporate functions within region.
