Clinical Services Manager (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule
DungarvinAbout the role
Company Description
A Different Kind of Behavior Analyst Role
No Billable Hours | No evenings or Weekends | Monday-Friday Schedule | No On-Call Rotation
Dungarvin provides person-centered, community-based services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 1976, we have worked to help persons served increase their independence, participate in their communities, build meaningful relationships, and pursue lives that reflect their individual goals and preferences.
The Role
Are you a Behavior Analyst who enjoys the clinical work but is ready to move away from billable-hour requirements, rotating schedules, and productivity-driven treatment models?
Dungarvin is hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Services Manager to lead behavioral support services across our adult day programs in Long Beach, Signal Hill, and Norwalk. This is an on-site clinical leadership role supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs.
This position combines direct behavior analytic services with staff coaching, clinical oversight, and program collaboration. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans, review data, train staff, and provide guidance during complex behavioral situations. You will also work closely with Program Directors and behavioral support staff to ensure clinical recommendations are practical, consistently implemented, and appropriate for each individual and program environment.
Rather than managing a traditional clinic-based caseload, you will work within structured adult day programs where you can observe services in real time, support staff directly, and see how behavior strategies affect each person’s daily experience, independence, and quality of life.
