$33.75 - $50.62The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL SUMMARYProvides leadership and oversight for faculty affairs, including the administrative and human resource functions for faculty. Serves as the primary administrator on all institutional faculty transactions. Plays an integral role in the end-to-end professional recruitment process. May be responsible for creating and maintaining department-specific programs. Responsible for professorial relocation, including budget management, contract negotiations, and determining services to be provided. Manages staff, makes hiring decisions, provides coaching, training, and mentoring, manages performance, and determines staffing needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervises and manages the overall activities of the support team. Oversees faculty hiring, recruitment, promotions, appointments, reappointments, and annual evaluations. Collaborates with administrators to communicate available positions and faculty needs. Works closely with leadership to support recruitment efforts. Ensures adherence to approval processes for job postings. Revises and submits job postings both internally and to external search agencies. Ensures job postings accurately reflect position details. Reviews applications based on resumes, providing recommendations to hiring managers based on qualifications. Manages the offer letter process and serves as a resource for offer letter inquiries. Initiates the credentialing process by submitting applications and credentialing requests. Coordinates to ensure incoming faculty members complete the credentialing process. Determines the enrollment of incoming clinical faculty with government and commercial payers, working with the billing manager to communicate full enrollment completion. Assists with candidates' immigration needs when necessary.
- Designs, establishes, and oversees annual engagement opportunities for corporations and employers, as well as the creation of new large-scale initiatives aligned with the mission and vision outlined in the strategic planning process. Serves as strategic office lead for event management, ensuring lack of redundancy, appropriate timing, and registration and attendance management.
- Strategizes with employers and corporate representatives to understand and identify experiences that suit their talent and engagement needs. Creates new initiatives that allow for alumni engagement and possible fundraising opportunities and manages stakeholder engagement in relation to programs, events, and initiatives.
- Enters data into University systems and databases to ensure consistent data sharing with campus departments and provides leadership for, coordination of, or assistance with various special programs and projects in line with the strategic planning process.
- Manages on-campus career fairs, industry expos, and employer experiences to create events that achieve intended employers outcomes and students.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required
