The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems and may have a specialization in specific areas. This position is key to delivering high-quality repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues in various vehicle systems.
• Vehicle System Repairs: Diagnose, maintain, and repair major automotive systems, including:
  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Steering and Suspension
  • Brakes
  • Electrical Systems
  • Air Conditioning
• Communication with Service Advisors: Provide clear, accurate information to Service Advisors regarding repairs and timelines.
• Warranty Repairs: Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications for warranty services.
• Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all repairs meet high standards and are completed efficiently.
