We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Lead and Supervisor to join our team. The main objective of these positions is to oversee the daily operations of our pizzeria, ensure that our customers are satisfied, and our employees are motivated and productive. Responsibilities:Manager:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant back of house, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling
• Learn and maintain strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure that our customers are satisfied by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly
• Train and develop employees to ensure that they are providing high-quality food and service
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant that meets food safety and sanitation standards

 Qualifications:Shift Lead:

• 1-2 Years of management experience in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Must be prepared to work 30-40 hours per week
• Must take direction and criticism well
• Must have alcohol serving license issued by state of UT
• Experience and understanding of pizza making and baking in a wood fired oven

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
