Key holder Position

Job Description:
The Keyholder plays an important role in overseeing in-store operations alongside the General Manager. As a Keyholder, you will assist in ensuring that the store runs smoothly and effectively. You will lead by example, ensuring that systems and procedures are executed with 100% integrity. In addition, you will be responsible for making sure the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing their duties properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing store operations and daily activities
• Supervise and guide employees to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure store is always kept in pristine condition
• Lead by example, executing company systems and procedures with high integrity
• Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all systems are in place for operation
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and reliable with flexible availability
• Must be able to work 20 -25 hors a week
• Must be able to close during the week Monday - Sunday between  (4:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
