National Service Manager

Job Description

The National Service Manager is responsible for all Service delivery functions in their respective region and tasked with the establishment and implementation of a strong aftersales service business. Responsible for driving day to day service functions, development of a country service business strategy, budgets and achievement of KPIs.

Reporting to the Regional Sales and Service Manager, this role provides leadership, line-management and guidance for the National Service team while optimizing service facilities and drive adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Educational qualification, Bachelor degree, MBA or advanced certifications.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience working in a service management and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of, or technical capability to learn about valves, actuators and digital control systems is highly desired.
• A willingness and ability to travel throughout the world as required.

The Successful Candidate:

• A proven record of successful service delivery.
• Be confident with the application of management skills, such as those used in project management and site team management.
• A demonstrable proficiency in process development and measurable process improvement.
• Ability to build excellent relationships across business units.
