We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to join our Central Planning team within the Supply Chain Management organization. This high-impact role is responsible for driving operational alignment across inventory management, production planning, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical acumen, and deep expertise in supply chain planning processes—particularly within the semiconductor industry. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align demand signals, production plans, and financial targets, while leading a team of analysts and influencing global stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management
- Develop and maintain predictive models for quarterly revenue and supply forecasts.
- Lead EOQ tactical execution to manage sell-in shipments to distributors, ensuring alignment with sell-through consumption and healthy channel inventory.
- Monitor supply alignment and drive reductions in overdue backlog.
Inventory Management
- Build and execute models to project inventory levels across a rolling four-quarter horizon.
- Define and implement buffer strategies and inventory target-setting frameworks to balance cost and service objectives.
- Track strategic builds and support risk mitigation initiatives.
Production Planning
- Align and set high-level production plans across front-end and back-end manufacturing.
- Ensure alignment between build plans and ship plans across operations.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure capacity and supply continuity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Advance revenue & inventory analytics capabilities through tool development & process innovation.
- Design and deploy reporting solutions tailored to planning and operational needs.
- Support S&OP meetings with demand, supply, and service reports.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain analysts, fostering growth, accountability, and performance.
- Partner with Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Operations, Business Units, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations to drive planning transparency and organizational alignment.
- Influence stakeholders to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or technical roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, digital supply chain modeling and demand signals and priorities and how they influence supply.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI).
- Experience with advanced planning systems such as Blue Yonder (ESP, OP, FP, DP, IO) and ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficient in process design, documentation, and strategic planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
