Fulfillment Center PRONTO FULFILLMENT LLC is searching for a full-time Manufactoring Technician in Virginia who is motivated to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
Operate encapsulation machinery competently, both independently and within a team environment.
Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment according to SOPs.
Check/Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands to ensure conformance to established SOPs. Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards.
Record entries of each step after completion and always maintain the Batch Production Record.
Perform minor troubleshooting on equipment and process-related issues and repairs.
Conduct in-process checks like average weight and individual capsule weight.
Maintain the weighing scales and verify the calibration status is current. If the calibration status is out of date, inform the Head of Manufacturing.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Encapsulation Room.
Check Capsules for physical defects (dents, splits, holes) during the entire run of compression. Also, check for color variation of the fill material.
Maintain online documentation in all Encapsulation operations, including the Encapsulation Machine, Capsule Polisher, and Metal Detector.
Check and review batch records for accuracy.
Identify and segregate blend and capsule rejections from good capsules.
Inform the Head of Manufacturing of any issues during the encapsulation process, including abnormal machine operation.
Document encapsulation process information as per SOP.
Charge the encapsulation machine with empty capsules and blend. After the filled capsules are polished and metal detected, charge the capsules into drums.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours & Benefits:
Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday

Requirements
Requirements / Skills:
Obtain a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Show computer literacy, capacity to read, comprehend, and write as needed, also to pass any required examinations.
Maintain the physical endurance to routinely lift 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Possess strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills (both orally and written).
Apply excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties.
Exhibit strong work ethics (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy).
Understand and follow instructions, correspondence, memos, and write correspondence, as needed.
Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization, as well as handle conflict in a professional manner.
Follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
