Fulfillment Center PRONTO FULFILLMENT LLC is searching for a full-time Manufactoring Technologist in Virginia who is motivated to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
Set up the Weigh Room as per SOPs and specifications in the Batch Manufacturing Record.
Document all set-ups and cleanings in the logbook and other pertinent paperwork.
Dispense the required approved raw material from the warehouse as per SOP and Production Batch Record.
Check information of approved raw material as per Batch Manufacturing Record.
Issue the raw material as per Batch Manufacturing Record and record the issuance information in the Production Batch Record, inventory card, and other pertinent paperwork.
Enforce FIFO (First in First Out) on all material withdrawals.
Check expiry and retest dates of all material before dispensing.
Clean the Weigh Room after the completion of dispensing as per SOP.
Store raw material at a qualified location in the warehouse after dispensing.
Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse flooring and storage locations.
Perform calibration of Weigh Room balances.
Maintain the staging area and Weigh Rooms in a clean state during operation.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, cGMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures of the Manufacturing Environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours & Benefits:
Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday
Two weeks of paid vacation a year
National days off
$300 for self-paid health insurance, paid monthly on top of the salary

Requirements
Requirements / Skills:
Possess a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Demonstrate computer literacy, basic math skills and the ability to distinguish colors.
Maintain strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation, and communication skills (both orally and written).
Show excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties.
Demonstrate strong work ethics (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy).
Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and write correspondences, as needed.
Pass any required examinations necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
Maintain the physical endurance to routinely lift 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization, as well as communicate and handle conflict in a professional manner.
Adhere to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
Wear all PPE furnished when required for proper and safe working conditions.
Salary: $18-22/hour (weekly payment)
