Job Description
As we pursue our goal of being the defining software company of the 21st century, Finance plays a critical role in defining the products we use to support the enterprise. These products include Now on Now (ServiceNow’s use of its own platform and products as Customer Zero) as well as third-party solutions. We are looking for a thought leader that will shape our Finance product portfolio to serve the business with efficient processes and systems, as well as exposing data in a way that provides deep insights into business opportunities and risks that impact our results.
This role will work across Finance, Digital Technology and Product leadership to shape our Now product roadmap as informed by best practices, leading solutions available in the marketplace, as well as our current operating environment.
This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-year roadmap with Finance, Product and Digital Technology leadership.
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer in the short-term while the organization structure is built out.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of product management experience.
- Deep business acumen with process and policy expertise in Finance.
- Proven experience in a fast moving, high-growth technology environment.
- Excellent communication with especially strong listening skills.
- Strong data/analytical skills with the ability to react quickly to challenges and opportunities.
- Expertise in building an inclusive org and leading teams of diverse thought leaders.
For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $263,000-$447,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
