Job Description

Location: Milan 

As HR Advisor and reporting to the HR Manager Italy, you will provide support in HR topics locally.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Be the focal point for employees HR queries
• Handle the onboarding of new colleagues in Italy;
• Support on people processes, compensation and benefits;
• Assist on general HR administration and payroll activities;
• Coordinate internal HR communication;
• Support on development and training of the workforce;
• Collaborate on projects with HR Colleagues across Statkraft in different geographies at local and regional level

 

Qualifications

• University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
• Ideal 2-year experience in HR in an international environment;
• A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
• Basic knowledge of local employment legislation (knowledge of the CCNL Commercio will be considered a plus);
• The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• A practical doer who delivers quality results on time;
• Strong organisational  and time management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
