Jr. Operations & Office Specialist

DESelect, a fast-growing MarTech Startup from Belgium, with offices in Berchem and Austin Texas, is seeking a young talented graduate who’s interested in operations and finance.

As a Junior Operations & Office specialist at DESelect, you will play an important role in supporting our finance and people operations team.

Based out of Berchem, Antwerp, you’ll be working closely with our team members in operations to ensure smooth operations across finance, HR, and our office.

Requirements

• Accounting support (booking credit card statements, collecting receipts,…)
• Accounts payable support 
• Supporting end-of-month closings
• Mail/invoice handling 
• Office management 
• Assisting founders with Ad Hoc tasks
• Support People Ops team with administrative tasks and cultural activities
