Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:- Writes schedule for maintenance partners.- Assists in training of new maintenance partners.- Writes daily job lists for maintenance partners.- Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Service Director/Manager.- Provides superlative customer service.- Sweeps, mops, and polishes store floors.- Cleans restrooms.- Continually empties trash receptacles throughout store.- Assists Service Director/Manager with supervision of 3-5 employees.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:- Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience.- Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment required.- Supervisory experience preferred.- Previous Maintenance experience preferred.- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays05-2008
