Job Description

At our Finland ASIC development center locations in Oulu and Espoo, we develop ASICs for Bosch Sensortec. As a test engineer you are responsible for developing lab and Wafer Level Test (WTL) solutions for our ASICs to consumer market space. Detailed responsibilities include:

• Creating ATE test solutions: Defining and developing Wafer Level Test, lab and, characterization solutions for SoC ASICs
• Quality and reliability: Development and maintenance of ASIC spec compliance matrix and mapping tests to requirement specifications. Planning, implementation, and result analysis of different test solutions.
• Networked communication: You work as a member of a global team of international experts
• Conscientious coordination: You support and help us in continuously improving our test methodology

Qualifications

• Personality: Open enthusiastic team player who takes full ownership of the tasks at hand and can operate as part of international multi-disciplinary team
• Working Practice: Focused and structured working practices with a capability of independent work
• Experience and skills: 5+ years of industry experience is preferred. Basic C/C++/Python programming skills and experience in using and debugging of National Instruments PXI-test environment and LabView. Understanding of ATE WLT testing and test pattern generation. Experience in designing (schematic and layout) and reviewing test HW using Altium. Knowledge and understanding of commonly used lab instruments. Basic understanding of statistical methods.
• Languages: Proficient English language skills
• Education: Degree (Ph.D, M.Sc., B.Sc.) in electrical engineering or equivalent with outstanding results.
