  • Be an Active Participant. Model and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programs including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • Be organized. Be thorough in handling priorities and deadlines will enable management of work in our fast-paced environment.
  • This position has responsibilities essential to Food Safety.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional-level human resources experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate clear strategies and processes to a wide variety of audiences on a high level.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with disciplined organization.
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Office required.

Responsibilities

The People Business Partner serves as champion of culture and supports the journey to attract, grow and retain remarkable People. The People Business Partner will assist with general HR duties and support the Senior People Business Partner in accelerating Milo's commitment to People First.
