The Strategy & Operations team within the Global Partnerships & Content organization seeks a data analyst to support day-to-day analysis and business insights needs. $104,000/year to $146,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

The Strategy & Operations team within the Global Partnerships & Content organization seeks a data analyst to support day-to-day analysis and business insights needs. In this role, you will conduct analysis to inform organizational goals, build dashboards and data reporting, and inform business strategy through in-depth analysis.Data Analyst, Global Partnerships & Content Responsibilities
- Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across Meta’s Family of Apps.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a way that is easily understandable by stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide the team with self-service access to key insights, driving analyst efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish close working relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders including strategy, data engineering, and business development teams.
- 3+ years of experience querying SQL databases.
- 3+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity developing insights, defining metrics, and making recommendations.
- Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Experience in the media and/or music industry and understanding of associated metrics.
