Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

 

Purpose of the Position: Frontline leadership for plant maintenance operations.

 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related technical field and 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• In Lieu of a Bachelor’s degree a 10 + years of direct supervision of maintenance employees in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and lead skilled maintenance employees, providing clear direction and establishing expectations.
• Experience coordinating activities within cross functional areas of responsibility and collaboration with multiple departments.

Work Hours
