CME Associates is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing and graphic design, providing the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing professionals to enhance our brand through digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in graphic design efforts for both digital and print materials related to marketing pursuits.
• Guide subject matter experts through the visualization process, from concept to final design.
• Develop external and internal graphics for use across various digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to craft designs that effectively communicate CME Associates' message.
• Work closely with marketing leadership on special initiatives and branding projects.
• Support additional marketing tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong illustration and layout skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Ability to function effectively in a team setting, providing and receiving direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement solutions.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Positive can-do attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain project efficiency and workflow.

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required):

• Photography and video production experience.
• Experience with data visualization and infographics.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be proficient with a PC.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs+ as needed for marketing event setups.
