WinnCompanies is searching for an Accounting and Finance Rotational Intern to join our team in our Lowell Regional Office.
In this role, you will learn and perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel to gain a broad understanding of the property management industry and the knowledge and experience required for an accounting/finance position.
Please note that this position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This internship is targeted to start in June 2025 and will have the duration of 1-year.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in three key rotations under the direction of experienced personnel, gaining firsthand experiences across different areas of the company and develop knowledge and skills.
- Utilized these skills to contribute to the success of the team.
- Engage in three/four mini rotations, job-shadowing experienced personnel to gain a broader understanding of both corporate and accounting functions of property management.
- Utilize that broader understanding to make strategic decisions to assist the success of the different teams of your key rotations.
- Support projects and programs as directed.
Requirements
- Candidate should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to work well independently with guided support from manager.
- Positive and open-minded attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely and stay on task.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship/office experience.
