Adopts functional guidelines and processes, and ensures efficient management of facility operations, for assigned site.
* Review proposed IFM provider budgets, forecasts /expenditures and other resources, communicate risks to business unit.
* Ensures compliance with all defined RE policies, and with local laws and EHS regulations.
* Defines service scope and provision, organization, resources, timeline, implementation, risks and control. Delegates to IFM provider, or tenant service provider.
* Reviews respective local service contracts, and coordinates, controls with IFM provider and evaluates service and work delivery.
* Cooperates with external parties like architects, authorities, construction engineers, etc.
* Leads and/or coordinates dedicated professionals and staff.
* Performs regular site inspections to ensure the site is safe, clean, compliant, mechanically sound, well stocked, of the correct temperature, and always ready for customers.
* Candidates schedule will have to be flexible enough to accommodate customer visits.
* Assist with facilities related tasks during customer visits.
* Oversee/manage small projects. Monitor/coordinate larger project activity.
* Purchase order management.
* Assist with utilities management across SHS RE portfolio.
*Qualifications:
- Associates in related field, or 5+ years experience as a facilities manager.
- High school diploma, or 10+ years experience as a facilities manager
- Facilities management certification a plus.

The base pay range for this position is:
$93,680 - $128,810Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
