If you are a team player, think flexibly, have an open-minded personality and are motivated to implement initiatives in an agile environment, then you are the perfect candidate for us.</p></p> <p> </p> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li>minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, at least 3 of which are in the trading area</li> <li>very good knowledge of UML. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework set up. IREB and SAFe certifications are an advantage</li> <li>excellent stakeholders management skills, including the ability to convince others of the proposed solution. Strong ownership and collaboration skills, as well as a positive mindset</li> <li>experience in contributing to the definition of best practices and process standardization</li> <li>fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), German is a plus</li> </ul> <h2>What You Will Do</h2> <ul> <li>analysis of requirements, with focus both on functionalities and architecture, in close cooperation with the team and the department.
