<h1>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities</h1> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop &amp; lead implementation of manufacturing assembly processes &amp; solutions. </li> <li>Elaborate equipment specification &amp; Conduct Equipment validation.</li> <li>Prepare PFMEA´s, PCP´s &amp; work instruction.</li> <li>Work with Product Engineers, Program Managers and manufacturing plants to plan and forecast activities.</li> <li>Drive manufacturing process &amp; technology standardization and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Drive equipment flexibility and capacity utilization.</li> <li>Conduct/support feasibility studies of assembly manufacturing processes in project design changes, new project quotes and/or PPI´s (Plant Performance Initiatives). </li> <li>Work with suppliers and manufacturing plants to ensure equipment’s &amp; processes are implemented per specifications.</li> <li>Participate &amp; Support plants manufacturing processes problem/issues resolutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>   <h1>Your Skills &amp; Strengths</h1> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) preferably with a focus on production/manufacturing process.</li> <li>Business fluent english. Spanish is a plus.</li> <li>5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering (or equivalent).</li> <li>Experience with Helium Mass Spec Leak and NVH Testing.</li> <li>Experiences and skills in problem solving and results orientation.</li> <li>Experience working with vendors and managing equipment build.</li> <li>Good written and oral skills – ability to convey technical concepts.</li> <li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Basic 3D modeling</li> <li>Ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in global team environment at different locations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>   Do you have any questions?<br/>      <br/>    PENELOPE.GONZALEZ@MAHLE.COM  <br/>  </p> <p> </p>
