Production Engineer

Description

 We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes in our automotive factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and implementing process improvements. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and reduce costs. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. 
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,  and Kaizen methodologies. 
• Proficiency in CAD software, PLC systems, and manufacturing simulation tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive assembly lines, stamping, welding, or painting processes.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing.
