Graphic Designer

The position begins with apparel design projects and will expand into large-format work, offering variety and professional growth. You’ll collaborate directly with business leadership and production teams while managing your projects with autonomy. • Recreate and rebuild existing logos/artwork from client-provided materials into production-ready designs
  

• Design original artwork from scratch based on client specifications and dimensional requirements
  

• Create mockups for apparel items (t-shirts, hats, polos, and other promotional products)
  

• Develop designs for large-format printing projects, including banners and displays up to 40 feet
  

• Produce clean, vector-based files in Adobe Illustrator to eliminate pixelation and quality issues
  

• Ensure designs meet all sizing and file format specifications for various production methods
  

• Collaborate with the production team to meet standard 5–7 business day turnaround times
  

• Integrate seamlessly with company project management systems and workflows
  

• 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, relevant portfolio
  

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with mastery of Adobe Illustrator for vector work
  

• Proven experience in apparel design and knowledge of production requirements (screen printing, embroidery, DTG)
  

• Strong technical skills in creating production-ready vector files and rebuilding complex artwork
  

• Experience with large-format design for banners and displays
  

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect, professional-quality artwork
  

• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  

• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and project management platforms
  

• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
