Mid/Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (Remote from Portugal)

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior SuccessFactors Consultant</strong> to join our team on a major carve-out project following a company spin-off. The goal is to achieve the physical separation of our SuccessFactors systems, ensuring independent operation for the newly formed entity.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Perform detailed design of all requirements for the physical separation, with a primary focus on the <strong>Compensation Module</strong> using a clone and clean approach.</li> <li>Execute all necessary <strong>configuration activities</strong> during the Build phase.</li> <li>Autonomously organize, manage, and execute project testing activities, including: Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, User Acceptance Tests.</li> <li>Prepare and execute <strong>cut-over activities</strong>, ensuring successful deployment to Production.</li> <li>Manage comprehensive <strong>project documentation</strong>, including but not limited to: Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manuals, Workbooks, End User Training materials, Various Testing Documentation.</li> <li>Conduct <strong>Knowledge Transfer</strong> and <strong>End User Training sessions</strong> to ensure a smooth transition.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>At least 3 years working with SuccessFactors (specifically with Compensation Module, Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing).</strong></li> <li>Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization &amp; Planning and Solution Orientation skills.</li> <li><strong>English:</strong> Full Proficiency (B2+)</li> <li>Detail-oriented consultant</li> <li>Skills to thrive in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Portugal resident or availability to relocate to Portugal in 60 days max.</li> </ul> <p>Boost IT is a Portuguese technology consultancy company, we are integrated into one of the most entrepreneurial groups in Portugal, with investment in more than 30 companies.</p> <p>We want to be known for being the most dynamic, energetic and reliable company to operate in the market and, for that, we want to count on you.</p> <p>If you're passionate about technology and want to work on the most relevant technology projects, then this ad could be for you!</p> <p>Boost IT.
