Summary:
The Director, Product Management (Growth) leads the Growth Revenue product team day-to-day, directly managing a small team of product managers and owning the strategic product decisions that drive revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition. This role serves as the primary product stakeholder partner for Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management, translating their business needs into prioritized product initiatives.
This leader is responsible for ensuring the Growth Revenue roadmap delivers measurable business results. They drive development execution by working closely with Program and Engineering teams to maintain delivery cadence, own deadlines, and remove blockers. They are accountable for ensuring that product initiatives move from strategy to shipped product on predictable timelines, and are expected to flag risks early, negotiate scope trade-offs, and hold cross-functional partners to commitments. They are expected to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, accelerate decision-making, and increase the team’s overall productivity.
The expectation of this role is to set the strategic direction across the growth portfolio, manage stakeholder priorities, make platform-level decisions, and ensure the team delivers against core revenue-related metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Own the conversion optimization strategy across the digital purchase funnel from event discovery through checkout completion, in partnership with Finance, Sales, and product managers who execute the individual product changes.
• Establish experimentation frameworks and KPI dashboards that measure conversion at each stage of the funnel, identify drop-off points, and inform prioritization decisions.
• Drive revenue-per-visitor improvements through pricing presentation, upsell placement, urgency mechanics, and checkout friction reduction initiatives.
• Define and drive the product strategy for user acquisition across Cosm’s digital platforms, working with Marketing and Product to increase top-of-funnel traffic, engagement, and conversion to ticket purchase.
• Identify and prioritize growth levers across SEO, referral mechanics, campaign landing pages, and partner distribution channels, translating them into product requirements with measurable KPIs.
• Own the product intake and prioritization process for Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management. Run consistent meeting cadences, maintain a shared backlog, and provide clear timelines and trade-off rationale for every request.
• Translate Revenue Management’s pricing strategy, demand forecasting needs, and inventory optimization goals into product requirements that Product can execute against.
• Partner with Data/Strategy and Marketing to operationalize personalized user experiences: Dynamic event recommendations, targeted messaging, and behavior-triggered offers.
• Define, maintain, and drive execution of the growth-side product roadmap. Ensure every initiative ties to a quantifiable revenue, conversion, or retention metric.
• Set KPIs for the Grow Revenue group. Report progress to the VP, Product Management and executive stakeholders with clear data on business impact.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline product workflows—including research synthesis, competitive analysis, stakeholder reporting, and backlog management—and champion AI adoption across the team.
• Directly manage a small team of product managers — setting clear quarterly objectives, conducting weekly 1:1s, and providing hands-on coaching on stakeholder communication, product strategy, and career development. Foster a high-accountability culture with a clear bar for execution quality and business impact.
