Summary of the Job:

 

We're seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in facilitating Agile practices and coordinating initiatives across our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring success through effective planning and execution.

About This Role:

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive intake and planning processes, maintaining team roadmaps and backlogs
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration
  • Tracks and reports on team metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Lead work breakdown sessions for epic and story development
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Manage risks and remove impediments with appropriate escalations, driving decision making and issue resolution
  • Protect team productivity while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
  • Maintain detailed documentation in project management systems
  • Lead end to end delivery of small projects/initiatives, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve defined objectives

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience managing projects or relevant business experience
  • Strong Agile Mindset with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
