Project Manager - Estimator

·         Professionally communicate with KGS clients to schedule site visits and follow up on sales.

·         Perform site visits to review deficiencies and maintenance items on building envelopes.

·         Create CAD drawings within our Roof Logic service software.

·         Develop scopes of work for corrective actions and general maintenance.

·         Prepare cost proposals outlining scope of work and cost to complete.

·         Manage the projects you sell form start to completion.

·         Prepare, manage and share with KGS clients the schedules for your projects.

·         Assist with, manage or perform field testing to determine water infiltration sources on problematic leaks and document your findings with photo reports.

·         Perform façade inspections and prepare photo reports and corrective cost proposals.

·         Collaborate with other service department team members as well as other KGS management.

·         Attend KGS marketing events to gain new business.

·         Maintain good customer relations.

·         Mentor colleagues and field staff within the service department

Requirements

3-5 years of Masonry experience

3-5 years of estimating experience

Experience building relationships with clients
