Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators &amp; Design Thinkers and help us to offer services that empower people to create technology that is invented for life.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Conduct initial contracting meeting with the hiring managers to identify the technical requirements of the position;</li><li>Conduct market and talent insight research based on the profile required and industry area;</li><li>Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings;</li><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent through various channels including job boards, social media and professional networks;</li><li>Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest and suitability for position;</li><li>Present/submit candidate applications to the hiring manager for consideration;</li><li>Organize and participate in hiring manager/HR interviews;</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to provide regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and the pipeline of qualified candidates;</li><li>Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement;</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in active sourcing and share knowledge and insights with the team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and/or talent acquisition;</li><li>Creativity and resourcefulness;</li><li>Sales and problem-solving mindset;</li><li>Proficiency in using online platforms and tools to research potential candidates;</li><li>Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies;</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you: </strong></p><p>Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.</p><p><strong>Success stories don´t just happen.
