The Job:  

As a Sr. Manager - Data & Analytics you’ll be part of our Customer Relationship Management & Marketing Operations team as a remote employee. You’ll get to:  

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to centralize reporting and make data accessible to stakeholders across the organization, promoting transparency and collaboration.

• Develop and align data strategies with overall business objectives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), define reporting requirements, and implement the tools necessary to capture and report on performance.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing robust validation, testing, and quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present data insights and provide actionable recommendations, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of analytics initiatives.

• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.

• Serve as a key liaison with external vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of data analytics solutions.

• Stay informed on emerging industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Marketing Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Management/Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with expertise in tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

• Experience with implementation and reporting capabilities of Google Analytics (GA4, GTM, etc).

• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development.

• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, including architecture, implementation, and optimization for business intelligence purposes.
