Job Highlights:Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday to Friday , 9 AM - 5 PM Melbourne time with 30 minutes Break (37.5 Hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized NDIS Data Entry Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining accurate service agreements within the NDIS framework. The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update NDIS service agreements in the system.
Upload service agreements and ensure all required information is correctly recorded.
Amend and modify service agreements as needed, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely updates and corrections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and guidelines (preferred but not required).
- 40 WPM typing speed
