We are looking for an HR Specialist to oversee all HR activities across 2 of our locations, covering talent acquisition, development and general questions.

Location: Budapest, Hungary (with regular travel to Bratislava, Slovakia)
What you’ll be doing?
Key Job Responsibilities:
- talent acquisition through various employment channels and selection methods
- employee onboarding
- identification of development needs and creation of development plans
- organization of training and development activities
- delivering internal trainings and workshops
- organizing the process of annual performance review
- coordination and updating of the employee database
- organizing events for employees and candidates
- cooperation with relevant institutions and consulting agencies
- participation in defining annual HR plans and budgets
What we’d love for you to have:
- Proven working experience in a same or similar role
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Active use of the English, Slovak, Hungarian language
- Category B driver´s license
