HR Project Manager 80 - 100% (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Implement and optimize HR processes while ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• Adapt and further develop the HR system landscape for the Hungarian market in close collaboration with HQ, considering country-specific legal and cultural requirements
• Drive HR and leadership development initiatives, including change management and talent management programs, to support organizational growth and employee development

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the successful implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of HR processes and standards
• Act as the key interface between local stakeholders in Hungary and HQ regarding HR systems, tools, and digital solutions
• Identify and implement country-specific HR requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor law and alignment with corporate standards
• Contribute to a modern and future-oriented HR environment by promoting best practices, organizational development, and employee engagement

 

YOUR PROFIL

• Several years of HR experience in a multinational environment with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR development, and change management
• Process-oriented mindset with interest in HR systems, digital solutions, and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of labor law and experience working with standards, KPIs, and structured processes
• Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong communication
• fluent in Hungarian and English (at least C1), German would be a big plus
