About the role

We’re hiring a dynamic Executive Assistant & Office Community Manager who will be the backbone of executive support and the driving force behind our Boston office experience. This role supports our Executive Leadership Team and creates an office environment that’s both functional and magnetic — giving people a reason to come in, connect, collaborate, and do their best work every day.

You’ll be part partner, part organizer, part office ambassador — someone who executes operational excellence and builds a sense of community and belonging within our South Boston Office.

This is a mostly in-person role based in our Boston office, some flexibility will be permitted but availability in-office Monday-Thursday most weeks will be required. Additionally, this role supports a leadership team that doesn’t always keep 9-to-5 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with care and foresight.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Book lunch/dinner reservations and coordinate thoughtful gifting to clients/partners.
  • Handle sensitive communications with discretion.
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface.
  • Welcome guests, clients, and candidates with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage deliveries, mail, and packages.
  • Partner with People & Culture to plan events that bring people together.
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
  • Manage building access, badges, parking and security logistics.
  • Ensure common areas and meeting rooms are ready to impress.
  • Helping shape office rituals and moments that spark connection and collaboration.
  • Supporting informal and formal gatherings that boost morale and engagement.
  • Listening and responding to team feedback about what would make the office more valuable and fun.
  • Experimenting with ideas that elevate the everyday experience of being in office — from coffee meetups and themed lunch days to connection-focused micro-events.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of prior experience as an EA, Office Manager, or in an event- or community-oriented role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait to be asked.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • A hospitable, human-centric approach to workplace experience.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Direct impact on leadership efficiency and team morale.
  • A hybrid of operational excellence and creative experience design.
  • A visible role where you shape how people feel and work.
  • Opportunity to help define what a great modern office experience really looks like.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role with visibility across the organization. You’ll play a key part in supporting leadership, shaping the office experience, and helping the company operate at its best. If you take pride in being reliable, organized, and genuinely helpful — this role will feel right at home.
