Responsibilities include the design, management and delivery of mobile and web analytical architecture and solutions through data analysis, data management and data engineering. Primary activities include delivering technical, business strategic expertise and ensuring proper governance of data sources, models, attributes and analytic platforms. Accountable for the data and insight strategy and its execution for the company. Providing thought leadership both internally and externally regarding the use and application of data and analytics for competitive advantage.       

What you’ll do

  • Launch and QA tracking across the Equifax D2C ecosystem, including new mobile app, web (public & authenticated), ad, and social. To blend marketing and platform data.

  • Build out the consumer app measurement plan into actionable tags and interoperable data.

  • Prepare data for analytical use by building a data pipeline to gather data from multiple sources and systems, integrating, consolidating and cleansing data, and structuring data for use by our clients in our solutions.

  • Perform design, creation, and interpretation of large and complex datasets

  • Consult with our colleagues and partners to understand the business requirements to successfully build datasets and to implement complex big data solutions.

  • Understand best practices for data management, maintenance, reporting and security and use that knowledge to implement improvements in our solutions.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.

What experience you need 

  • Mobile-first: ‘One part analytics engineer; one part data engineer’.

  • 2-3 years experience Developer experience: Javascript, JQuery, HTML, data pipeline, data blending, data connecting, SPA & Measurement tracking experience is required.

  • 2-3 years Platform Experience: GTM, Firebase, Ensighten, Telium, Postman. 

  • In-depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight.

  • A new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems.

  • Decision-making within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or project activities.

  • Ability to create and execute work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity.
