SUMMARY:

Radiopharmaceuticals represent one of the fastest-growing and most innovative therapeutic classes in oncology. This role is critical to ensuring that patients who stand to benefit from targeted therapies can access them swiftly, affordably, and equitably — while also navigating the complex and often unprecedented access challenges unique to this modality. The RayzeBio Market Access Strategy & Go-to-Market Lead is a strategic and cross-functional role responsible for developing and executing market access strategies for RayzeBio. This individual will work at the intersection of oncology, nuclear medicine, health economics, and payer strategy to ensure timely and broad patient access to innovative therapies.

The RayzeBio Market Access Strategy & Go-to-Market Lead will serve as the Market Access strategic partner to BMS functional teams and capabilities, shaping organization strategic considerations in anticipation of approval and commercialization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing RayzeBio’s go-to-market strategies by leveraging diverse industry experience and deep Market Access functional expertise. With a primary focus on the US market, while maintaining a global perspective, the successful candidate will shape and deliver essential market access strategies, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless patient and provider experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership, Planning, and Operational Excellence:

  • BMS position dedicated to RayzeBio business: Lead development of RayzeBio Market Access organization strategy and go-to-market launch requirements, inclusive of key capabilities, resources, and organizational operational design, ensuring alignment with R&D and commercial priorities, leveraging BMS resources and capabilities.

  • Design strategies that address unique access hurdles related to radiopharmaceutical supply chains and specialized treatment center requirements.

  • Develop site readiness and infrastructure access strategies for RayzeBio program(s).

  • Direct design of patient and provider journeys, developing and implementing strategic solutions that meet patient access needs.

  • Lead pricing strategy development in partnership with BMS Global Pricing, inclusive of net pricing frameworks and reimbursement positioning.

  • Guide HTA submissions and payer negotiations for radiopharmaceutical products.

  • Coordinate with key decision makers and communicate decisions supporting go-to-market preparations, including strategy development, budget/resource planning, and new capability requirements.

  • Build a highly functioning team of direct reports and matrix resources across BMS to support RayzeBio’s commercialization market access objectives.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards across all operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster cross-functional teamwork in matrixed environments, building trust and shared accountability with colleagues and partners.

  • Collaborate with functions such as Global Policy, HEOR, Medical Affairs, operational teams, etc. to ensure integrated strategic planning.

  • Partner with HEOR to develop economic models and evidence-generation plans (e.g., budget impact, RWE), and close key payer evidence gaps.
