This leadership position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations team. As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift you will lead your team to contribute to our mission of enabling safe flight.

You will own and optimize cell productivity, guide scheduling & sequencing of work, and foster a collaborative, achievement driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaborate with 1st shift supervisor to support initiatives and achieve product line goals.
Ensure all quality related items for multiple cells or a complex cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
Guide cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Plan and execute scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
Guide the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.
Facilitate activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
Guide production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
Collaborate with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
Ensure all employees have a safety-first mindset and are adhering to EH&S policies.
Execute production plan in line with the MPS (Master Production Schedule) to achieve on time delivery, hours, and efficiency commitments.
Real time problem resolution and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management.
Effectively manage resource requirements in line with capacity models and demand rates
Pulse survey participation, listening to feedback and driving improvement actions.
Lead and conducts meetings / reviews and prepares information to communicate the status of the programs to internal and external customers.
