Your tasks

• Lead individual improvement projects and support existing improvement projects within department

• Analysis and improvement of production processes (e.g., internal logistics, MRP, industrial engineering, final assembly)

• Support Industrial Engineering in New Product Introductions and product ramp-ups / ramp-downs

• Develop and maintain key metrics (KPIs) and visualize department KPIs       

• Independently lead at least one lean manufacturing project or module of a new product introduction & present findings and recommendations to project team

Your profile

• Enrolled student at a German university

• Studies of Industrial engineering or business management with an interest in production topics background

• Excellent knowledge of MS office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Enjoys working in multi-functional teams, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and interested in technology offered by TRUMPF

• Organized, goal-oriented, analytical, dedicated to improvement, self-motivated, and open-minded

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• TRUMPF knowledge is a plus
