About Houston

 

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

 

Responsible for selling and/or purchasing sites. This activity will include doing an economic analysis and working with environmental and law functions to develop appropriate contracts for the sites.  

What you will do

 

• Develop and maintain individual commercial plans and strategies, including maintenance, security, remediation, demolition and reclamation.  Work in conjunction with Environmental Strategist, Law, and Public and Government Affairs for alignment.
• Prepare transaction evealution summary (TES) submissions for assigned sites, coordinate all endorsements and approvals. 
• Provide oversight to ensure sites within portfolio are managed in accordance with corporate policies and standards, approved strategies, and global best practices

• Preferred university degree
• Leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Available for periodic travel
• Ability to make sound decisions 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• General real estate knowledge (process and market trends)
• Prefer 5-7 years of experience
