We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented, Senior Growth Manager to help us turbo-charge the utilization of Carrum’s Cancer Care service. 

Reporting to the General Manager of Cancer Care, you will design and execute growth strategies that maximize awareness, engagement, and adoption of the Cancer Care benefit within our member base. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Analytics teams — and directly with employer clients — to ensure our solutions reach the people who need them most. 

The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $175,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across employer accounts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch growth initiatives 
  • Monitor and report on the impact of various growth experiments and initiatives 
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and engagement data to identify trends in conversions and opportunity areas
  • Work with our product and care teams to improve the patient experience across the cancer care journey 
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership on adjacencies / new opportunities 

We’re excited about you because you have…

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, growth, and operations in healthcare; MBA preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills. You are at home in spreadsheets and can easily interpret data. SQL experience is preferred. 
  • Track record in execution: You can identify process steps to bring an idea to life and develop a cross-functional implementation plan and track to it  
  • Managed tight deadlines: You are an expert juggler and can keep many balls in the air while relentless prioritizing work in a “growth-mode” environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: You can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction 
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
