Senior Specialist - Business Finance

<p><b>Position Overview</b><br/>We are looking for a<span> </span><b>Senior Specialist - </b><b>Business Finance </b><span> </span>to join the Finance team within the CSH-BB Ops-B&amp;C structure.</p><p>The role will be responsible for supporting all activities related to financial closing, budgeting &amp; forecasting, and long-range planning, working closely with senior management and other Finance and FP&amp;A teams.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support Finance Business Partners in operational activities related to Actuals, Budget, and Forecast, both in financial terms and KPIs.</li><li>Assist the business in identifying EBITDA recovery initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with other Finance teams in drafting business cases.</li><li>Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed.</li><li>Assist the FBM in preparing documentation for top management.</li><li>Analyze balance sheet accruals to assess their adequacy, liaising with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present effective reports on financial performance and related KPIs, offering both business and accounting insights, and explaining variances vs. Forecast and Budget (monthly, quarterly, YTD).</li><li>Ensure proper management of off-cycle invoices (in VIM) from a Finance perspective.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to work towards deadlines and objectives.</li><li>Flexibility and responsiveness in problem-solving.</li><li>Quick thinking and action-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.</li><li>Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.</li></ul>
