Functional Analyst Consultant

Our work depends on the Senior Trainer Advisor joining our team to deliver the ARNG training on individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support in all 50 states and 4 territories. 

The Senior Training Advisor advises and assists the Task Order Manager in developing training solutions, strategies, and strategic messaging. In addition, when required, the Senior Training Advisor provides direct support to ARNG collective training events and exercises. Serves as a Senior Subject Matter Expert advising Task Order Manager in their support of Division and Brigade Commanders on leadership, effective conduct of US Army operations, and collective MISSION Command / Command and Control training. Assists Site Managers, Officer and Enlisted Training Teams Exercise Directors, and other mobile training teams across the MCTSP community of interest in the planning, preparation, and execution of large-scale collective training exercises. Participates in meetings and workshops that shape the MCTSP training strategy and best practices to provide maximum training value to the ARNG. As required, is prepared to serve as an exercise higher command role-player or deputy exercise director. Responsible for coaching and mentoring Division Commanders (senior General Officers) along with Brigade and Battalion Commanders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

20+ years of relevant experience

Location: Remote

Minimum Qualifications:

Successfully served as a former Division Commander with expertise in leadership, training management, and large-scale training exercises. Experience at a Combat Training Center (CTC) as a Senior Observer/Controller or as the Commander, Operations Group; combat experience; and Joint service staff experience is desired. Masters Degree and at least 20 years experience supporting Army Training

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
