EveryWatch is the world's largest online watch information platform, born from a passion for luxury timepieces and a commitment to transparency. We provide unparalleled data and insights to watch collectors, vendors, and enthusiasts, combining historical, current, and upcoming data from auctions, dealers, and marketplaces globally. Our mission is to increase transparency, know-how, and give our users maximum autonomy over their decisions, strengthening the growing luxury watch market and spreading knowledge and passion for haute horlogerie. Join us in revolutionizing how the world engages with luxury watches through cutting-edge data and analytics.

The Opportunity:

Are you a highly analytical and insights-driven professional with a passion for transforming complex data into strategic business outcomes? We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at EveryWatch and play a pivotal role in uncovering critical insights within the luxury watch market. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence business decisions, drive growth, and contribute to the strategic direction of a leading innovator in the luxury watch sector.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at EveryWatch, you will be instrumental in leveraging our vast dataset to unlock market opportunities and inform high-impact strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Data Interpretation & Insight Generation: Dive deep into our vast, intricate datasets, encompassing millions of watch results from hundreds of auction houses and dealers globally, to unearth actionable insights that directly influence critical business decisions across product development, marketing, and market trend analysis. You'll go beyond reporting to tell compelling data stories that drive strategic recommendations for executive leadership, our premium members, and various business units.
  • Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: Apply sophisticated analytical techniques, including advanced regression, time-series forecasting, and predictive modeling, to identify emerging trends, forecast market shifts, assess the performance of specific watch models and brands, and pinpoint significant growth opportunities within the competitive luxury watch landscape.
  • Executive-Level Data Visualization & Storytelling: Design and develop highly intuitive, visually compelling, and interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau (or Power BI). Your visualizations will not just display data, but tell a clear, concise story, enabling stakeholders at all levels, from individual collectors to industry professionals, to quickly grasp key metrics, understand complex trends, and make informed decisions about buying, selling, and valuing luxury watches.
  • SQL Mastery for Data Excellence: Expertly write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from our extensive watch market database. You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring robust and reliable data pipelines that feed our analytics tools.
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Champion data integrity and accuracy across all our platforms. You will proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, perform rigorous data cleaning and validation, and establish best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across all datasets and analytical outputs, critical for maintaining EveryWatch's reputation as the most reliable source of watch market data.
  • Luxury Watch Market Insight Integration: Leverage your deep understanding of the luxury watch market, collector behavior, and industry trends to enrich your analysis. Contextualize data-driven insights with your market intelligence to deliver more impactful and nuanced strategic recommendations, particularly in areas like pre-owned watch valuation and market liquidity.
