You lead DTNA's Salesforce CPQ subscription and quoting platform for Aftermarket Fleet Services; enabling customers, fleets, and dealers to seamlessly purchase connectivity services such as Track & Trace, Geolocation, Virtual Technician & fault insights, Remote Updates, Safety events, and analytics.

You own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle from catalog and pricing configuration to quoting, approvals, order orchestration, entitlements, billing, renewals, and reporting. This role partners closely with Aftermarket Fleet Services leadership, GTM & Sales Ops, Pricing/Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture, and Customer Service to drive enhancements and cross-functional delivery.

Beyond CPQ, you will own the adjacent Quote‑to‑Cash stack and key integrations along the Quote to Cash cycle including Pricing, subscription & billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, order management, consent management, and the shop experience in our Customer Portal; integrating with MDM, CRM, SAP, and DT Pay to deliver an end‑to‑end commercial experience.

Position offers a starting salary range of $131,000.00 - $167,000.00 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

Product strategy and roadmap

  • Own the multiyear roadmap across aftermarket and new truck subscription origination; tie outcomes to customer/dealer experience and commercial goals.
  • Translate customer and business needs into prioritized epics, features, and clear user stories/acceptance criteria.
  • Define commercial constructs (bundles, tiers, renewals, promotions) with Product Management and Finance.

Platform ownership and governance

  • Own CPQ catalog structure, attribute models, configuration rules, eligibility, and entitlements for fleet connectivity offerings.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, discount controls, approvals, and policy/regulatory compliance.
  • Define and enforce service activation prerequisites (CTP health, vehicle registration, in-service date, T&Cs, active subscriptions)
  • Drive standardization for system audit, data retention, and access controls across Subscription Platform to avoid gaps/contradictions.

Delivery and quality

  • Lead backlog, sprint ceremonies, and release readiness with engineering and QA; drive defect prevention and fast resolution.
  • Own quality for key subscription creation flows.
  • Own acceptance criteria and validate functionality before release.
  • Coordinate UAT with business users, ensuring real‑world scenarios are tested.
  • Review test plans to ensure coverage of pricing, quoting, contract clauses, order flows, billing rules, and revenue policies.
  • Support go‑live and hyper-care activities.

Experience and enablement

  • Deliver frictionless quoting and guided selling for customers, fleets, and dealers.
  • Partner with UX, Customer Portal, and Excelerator Parts teams to enable and design intuitive flows for user journeys.
  • Deliver the Customer Portal shop experience (catalog discovery, cart, checkout, payments, invoice access, subscription management, renewals, and self‑service changes).
  • Own training, documentation, and change management for dealers, internal sales, and support teams.

Integration and architecture

  • Govern CPQ integrations/APIs; ensure reliability, observability, and change control.
  • Align with enterprise architecture, security/SSO, privacy; manage telemetry entitlements, usage, renewals, and billing data
