We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.
Position Summary
This is a great position for a Senior Systems and IAM Engineer that is interested in supporting a cybersecurity company that is evolving quickly.  Day to day in this role you will be leading IAM/SSO integrations, with internal stakeholders and vendors.  Also building, maintaining, and securing virtual servers and cloud services for our existing and next generation corporate operational environment.  You will also be working as part of our Tier 3 support team and must have a professional demeanor and a keen mind for problem solving.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain IAM application/environment (Ping)
• Manage and maintain corporate server infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
• Lead SSO integration efforts with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Manage and monitor corporate infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, patching and maintenance
• Implement and maintain backups, security, and redundancy strategies
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions
• Monitor and test performance of applications, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions
• Design and implement processes and analytics for meaningful reporting
• Engage with management regularly providing reports on project status, activities, and achievements
• Provide AWS/ Azure architecture and vision
• Continual maintenance of security posture, including backup and redundancy strategies
• Recommend new software and systems, and coordinate deployments in an orderly manner to meet business requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Ability to oversee, manage and monitor all systems and infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years implementing and managing IAM solutions (Ping preferred)
• 3+ years implementing and managing Ping Federate
• 5+ years working with authentication protocols
• 5+ years with Windows server environments, Linux, Unix, command-line, scripting, and automation
• 3+ years managing both Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing and Zero Trust policies and configurations
• Understanding of network design, diagnostics, implementation, and monitoring
• Significant experience managing certificates
• Experience working with LDAP and Active Directory services
• Experience working with MFA, and Risk based authentication and privileged access management
• Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing
• Experience with Change Management and Agile methodologies
• Experience with disaster recovery planning, and testing
• Significant experience working directly with business stake holders and vendors to create and implement integrations/solutions
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Use expert-level administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high availability and appropriate resource management
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff
• Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and security standards such as OAuth, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, OIDC
• Strong knowledge of Information Security concepts and ability to apply them
• Ability to analyze, deconstruct and provide guidance for security related incidents
• Ability to script in PowerShell, Bash/shell, Python terraform, or a similar language
• Ability to identify potential issues and proactively resolve them ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve hardware, software, or other system problems
