Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Global HR Data Steward, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of our HR data and metrics. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance processes and policies.
Maintain HR data and metrics dictionary, driving consistent use of data and insights - Train and support IBM employees across functions on best practices for data and HR metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Lead change requests for HR data and metrics before implementation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with IBM people data and processes or in a similar role.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to perform data analysis using SQL-like solutions.
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Negotiation skills to coordinate efforts for altering data metrics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and the Wf360 system. (edited)
