International Product Marketing Manager, Automotive

As International Product Marketing Manager Automotive you will be defining and delivering the industry's next generation of edge networking solutions for the software-defined car of the future. 

Your responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and create opportunities for current and future product portfolios.

• Create and own New Product Introduction business plans, pricing strategy, competitive positioning and long- term forecasts.

• Manage (NPI) product life cycle from initiation to volume ramp-up and change notifications.

• Own go-to-market plan.

• Actively engage with key customers, system architects, product definers, and engineering teams throughout the development cycle.

• Translate multitude of customer requirements into a clear and stable product specifications.

• Accurately balance tradeoffs features / timeline / costs.

• Manage availability of development tools and samples.

• Convince and lead people internally (where you create a positive impact on the organization, and you get buy-in).

• Translate long-term market requirements into a platform approach for the product roadmap.

Your profile

• BSc., or MSc., in Electronics Engineering an MBA is a plus.

• Approximately 5-8 years semiconductor industry experience as a product marketing or business development manager.

• Experience in travelling worldwide to visit customers and attend trade shows and exhibitions to get feedback from the customer about new product development and secondly work closely with customers to promote existing product portfolios.

• Experience in the Automotive market segment is a must.

• Knowledge of analog, interfaces and networking devices and/or system architectures and system solutions are nice to have but can be learned.
