Job Description

• Management of customer and partner projects 
• Visualisation and presentation of project results, including customer and management communication 
• Execution and optimization of workflows and structures of the international delivery team
• Project planning and milestone tracking, Creation of project roadmaps 
• The Project Manager is responsible for the projects in terms of budget, time and quality and ensures that the necessary and sufficient actions are taken to win the deal
• He/She is responsible for and coordinates the preparation of the proposal for a concrete opportunity until closing and provides quality assurance
• The Project Manager is responsible for required board approvals and delivery commitments and manages escalations as appropriate
• He/She ensures the content alignment and reconciliation of the different streams
• Intensive communication and collaboration with stakeholders e.g. DSM, Sales Consultants, client representatives on all management levels as well as suppliers
• Coordinates and accompanies the handover process to transition & transformation team
• Project Office Activities for strategic C-Level Projects
• Drive Operating Office activities: Prepare and Perform Management Meetings; Task Tracking activities, Setup C-Level Governance structures

Qualifications

• Min 1,5-2 years relevant work experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent in English (speaking and writing skills)
• A proactive, intrinsic motivated person with an attitude to embrace change for the better
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Flexibility
• A drive to learn new and innovative technologies
• German language is an advantage
